2. Description of Service

Career Crate is a job search and interview preparation platform for tech professionals in India. It provides curated job listings, DSA practice problems, AI-powered interview simulation, learning roadmaps, and related tools. The Service is provided free of charge.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering. Accounts may not be shared or transferred. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download job listings or problem data via automated means.
• Use the AI features to generate spam, harmful content, or content that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to circumvent authentication or access another user's account.
• Submit malicious code to the code execution environment.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Post false or misleading information in discussion boards or community features.

5. Job Listings

Job listings on Career Crate are sourced automatically and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. We are not a party to any employment relationship between users and employers. Apply links lead to third-party sites outside our control.

6. AI Features

AI-generated content (hints, code, interview feedback) is provided "as is" and may contain errors. It is not a substitute for professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated code before use. AI responses are generated by Anthropic's Claude and are subject to Anthropic's usage policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The Career Crate platform, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by Career Crate. DSA problem titles and descriptions sourced from public repositories retain their original licenses. You retain ownership of notes and code you write on the platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantee that using Career Crate will result in employment or interview success.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Career Crate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost employment opportunities, data loss, or reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
